PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(b) Stops the said road.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested in Blocks VI, VII, X and XI, Hautapu Survey District, Kiwitea County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of May 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 63, 5 June 1980, p. 1688, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, in Blocks VI, VII, X, and XI, Hautapu Survey District, Kiwitea County, by deleting lines 13 to 17 (inclusive) of the body of the said notice and substituting the following:

“Memoranda of mortgage Nos. 346146.2, 084434.1, 084434.2, 084434.3 and 290235.1, and that the road described in the said Fourth Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Nerang Farm Limited at Palmerston North.”
