PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Franklin County Council, from and after the 30th day of October 1980.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Clementa Mary Gordon of Opononi, minister of religion.
