CORRIGENDUM

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Northland Licensing Committee

THE notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 24 July 1980, page 2196, clause (d) should read as follows:

(d) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

IN the “Land Acquired as State Forest Land—Nelson Conservancy” notice issued on the 6th day of October 1980 and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette of the 9th day of October 1980, No. 118, p. 3007, for “95.5100 hectares” read “94.5100”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—PORIRUA CITY

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Area m²

8960 Part bed of Porirua Harbour.

Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District.


As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 30426 (S.O. 31518), deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon marked A.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of October 1980.

Declaration that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Coromandel State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of October 1980

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Coromandel State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 27th day of April 1971 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 33, 1971, p. 847, hereby ceases to be part of Coromandel State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—THAMES/COROMANDEL DISTRICT

7.0506 hectares, more or less, being Section 21, Block XIII, Whitianga Survey District, and Section 24, Block IX, Whitianga Survey District (S.O. 50575 and 50576); as shown on plan T11/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
