Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Road in Block IX, Kaitangata Survey District, Bruce County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bruce County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following three schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 3 November 1980.

St. Patricks School, Paraparaumu,
St. Josephs School, Waitara, and
New Brighton Catholic School, Christchurch.

A copy of each integration agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Wellington.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hutt County Council on the 23rd day of August 1979:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
