Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in Block X, Kaupokonui Survey District, Waimate West County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Waimate West County Council, from and after the 23rd day of October 1980.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks IV and VIIIA, Waimata Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of July 1980, published in Gazette, 24 July 1980, No. 85, p. 2189, proclaiming land as road, and road closed and vested, in Blocks IV and VIIIA, Waimata Survey District, Cook County, by omitting from the Schedule the area “1125” and substituting “1225”.
