PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the works, appliances, and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly for the generation of electricity, from and after the 23rd day of October 1980.

Declaring Land Taken Subject as to Part to Certain Easements for a Parking Place in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land firstly described therein to the rights of way created by transfers 65522, 65799, and 273813, Canterbury Land Registry, and to the electricity easement contained in transfer 505266, Canterbury Land Registry, for a parking place, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, from and after the 23rd day of October 1980.
