Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Timaru

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Timaru City Council, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of October 1980.

All that piece of land containing 566 square metres, situated in Block XI, Arowhenua Survey District, being part Lots 234, 322, 320, 318, 316, and 324, D.P. 1; as shown on plan S.O. 14966, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked “B”.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 6th day of September 1978, to be road, and to be vested in the Egmont County Council.

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.
