Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice of Approval of Vehicle Exhaust Smoke Measuring Instrument and Manner of Measurement

Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purposes of regulation 28 (2) (b) of the said regulations, vehicle exhaust smoke metres of the make and type described in Schedule I hereto, subject to the provisions of Schedule II hereto.

SCHEDULE I

Vehicle exhaust smoke metres manufactured by Solid State Equipment Ltd., bearing the name of the manufacturer and the model designation "Smoke Densitometer".
