(8) A line for the transmission of electricity commencing from Islington Substation and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction to and across the Main South Railway, the Main South Road, Shands Road, the Hornby Industrial Branch Railway, Springs Road, Wilmers Road, McTeigue Road and Carrs Road to the centre line of Wigram Road, the route of this portion of the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'M'-'N' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid, and generally easterly from the eastern side of Worsley Road, across Dyers Pass Road to the western side of Dry Bush Road and generally northerly from the western boundary of D.P. 1460, across Port Hills Road, Scrubbs Road, Main South Railway to the north-western boundary of part Rural Section 329, these portions of the said line being more particularly shown by two broken lines marked 'O'-'P' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid, and the said line all being situated in Blocks IX, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Christchurch Survey District.
(9) A line for the transmission of electricity commencing from a point at Addington Substation, and proceeding generally easterly along Princess Street across Sarjeant Street and Clarence Street thence north-easterly along Foster Street across Picton Avenue to the junction of Blenheim Road, Mandeville Street, Loe Street, and Foster Street; thence easterly along Blenheim Road across Tyne Street, Pope Street, the Main North Railway, and Deans Avenue, all being in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply; the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'C'-'Q' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.
(10) A line for the transmission of electricity commencing from Addington Substation and proceeding along the southern side of Princess Street in a westerly direction to a point opposite the centre line of Dalgety Street, all being situated in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply, the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'C'-'R' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.
(11) A line for the transmission and supply of electricity commencing from a point on the Christchurch City Council's licensed area of supply boundary at the end of Ferniehurst Street and proceeding in a north-easterly direction following the northern side of Cashmere Road to the Heathcote County Council's substation near the corner of Cashmere Road and Purau Terrace, the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'S'-'T' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.
(12) A line for the transmission of electricity proceeding from Addington Substation and proceeding through Princess Street, Dalgety Street, Blenheim Road, Division Street, Riccarton Road and Rimu Street to the licensee's licensed area of supply boundary at the intersection of Rimu and Rata Streets all being in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply, the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'C'-'U' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.
(13) A line for the transmission of electricity commencing from Addington Substation and proceeding along Princess Street and along Clarence Street to the licensee's licensed area of supply boundary at the intersection of Clarence Street and Lincoln Road all being in the Riccarton Borough Council's licensed area of supply, the said line being shown by a broken line marked 'C'-'V' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.
(14) Lines for the transmission and supply of electricity associated with the Council's substation situated on that piece of land within the Heathcote County Council's area of supply over which the City Council has been granted an easement for this purpose and which area is more particularly outlined in a broken line and marked 'W' on the plan marked NZE 998, deposited as aforesaid.

Authorised Resellers for Essential and Emergency Supplies of Motor Spirits
Pursuant to section 8 of the Economic Stabilisation (Conservation of Petroleum) Regulations (No. 3) 1979*, I, William Francis Birch, hereby authorise the retailers listed in the Schedule hereto to sell motor spirits during any restricted periods to any essential users or to any persons approved by the Police as needing to purchase motor spirits for emergency purposes.

Price Order No. 181 (North American Red Delicious Apples)
Pursuant to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Desmond James Gasson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 181 and shall come into force on the 10th day of October 1980.

(1) Price Order No. 144* is hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this order.
Application of This Order
- This order applies with respect to North American Red Delicious Apples sold by way of retail in New Zealand.
Maximum Retail Prices
- (1) Subject to the provisions of this clause, the maximum price that may be charged or received by any retailer for any North American Red Delicious Apples shall be:
$1.59 a kilogram.
(2) If in respect of any lot of apples sold by a retailer the maximum price calculated in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this clause is not an exact number of cents, the maximum price of the lot may be computed to the nearest whole cent.
Special Prices Where Extraordinary Charges Incurred
- Subject to such conditions, if any, as he thinks fit, the Secretary, on application by any retailer, may authorise special prices in respect of any North American Red Delicious Apples to which this order applies where special circumstances exist, or for any reason extraordinary charges (freight or otherwise) are incurred by the retailer. Any authority given by the Secretary under this clause may apply with respect to a specified lot or consignment of apples or may relate generally to all North American Red Delicious Apples to which this order applies sold by the retailer while the approval remains in force.
Duty Imposed on Retailers
- Every retailer who offers or exposes any North American Red Delicious Apples for sale in any shop shall keep in a prominent position in such proximity to the apples to which it relates as to be obviously descriptive thereof, a ticket, placard, or label on which shall be stated in legible and prominent characters the following particulars:
(a) The retail price a kilogram.
(b) The words "North American Red Delicious Apples".
