Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1980, No. 28.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

National Roads Board—Declaring a State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 49, Mangawhero River to Ohakune section, for half its width on the southern side commencing at the junction point of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 50330 (certificate of title 20B/1028) with the State Highway, and extending westwards for 60 metres across the frontages of the said Lot 1, and part Section 23 (certificate of title 20B/1029), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA43/101/5 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth), from its junction with Ripponvale Road to its junction with Cemetery Road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1, of plan LA70/46/58 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 September 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth), from its junction with Shortcut Road, Cromwell, to its junction with Ripponvale Road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA70/45/57 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
Referring to State Highway No. 1, Waikanae to Paraparaumu section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 16154 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 17 September 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolutions dated 18 March 1970* and 19 February 1975†, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for its full width from the northern boundary of Allotment 5, ML1097 (certificate of title 424/223) to the southern boundary of Block B, ML820 (certificate of title 10C/322).
