Land Proclaimed as Road in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, from and after the 2nd day of October 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Horowhenua County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Horowhenua County Council; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in the Wellington City Mission (Church of England) Trust Board.

All that piece of road containing 2 roods and 19 perches (2504 square metres), situated in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, adjoining or passing through part railway land and part Lot 2, D.P. 3527, being part Waopukatea 1A East 7; as shown on plan S.O. 28588, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VII, Waimata Survey District, Cook County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Cook County Council; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Richard George Utting of Waimata, farmer, and Pamela Dale Utting, his wife (jointly inter se) as to a one half share and Mervyn Douglas Thomas Utting of Waimata, farmer, and Constance Alamein Utting, his wife (jointly inter se) as to a one half share as tenants in common in the said shares.
