Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a State Primary School in Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, Wanganui County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 9th day of July 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 1980, No. 82, p. 2125, declaring land taken for a state primary school in Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, Wanganui County, by deleting the figure “1.12816” in line 1 of the Schedule of the said Declaration, and substituting the figure “1.02815”.
