Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of Tauranga

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school, from and after the 25th day of September 1980.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Electricity Works (Upper Waitaki Power Development Scheme) in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Norma Alexa Elmar Louw of Malmsbury, Union of South Africa, married woman, June Matheson Cresswell of Christchurch, spinster, Gerald Lindsay Martin of Wellington, Shell Company employee, and Margery Almar Stedman of Auckland, married woman; and Pyne Gould Guinness Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Christchurch; and Donald Lane Matheson of Kurow, farmer, as executors, being tenants in common in equal shares under and by virtue of Pastoral Lease No. P. 19, recorded in Register Book Volume 529, folio 5, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for electricity works (Upper Waitaki Power Development Scheme), from and after the 25th day of September 1980.
