Tariff Notice No. 1980/183—Application for Variation of Exclusion from Approval

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a variation of a current exclusion from approval of the Minister of Customs and for admission of such goods at the rates of duty prescribed under the substantive Tariff item therefor:

(a) Stainless steel seats, screwed 9.5 mm to 51 mm (⅜ in. to 2 in.)
(b) Yoke top with bronze or stainless steel seats, flanged
(c) Angle, yoke top with bronze or stainless steel seats, flanged, 25.4 mm to 76.2 mm (1 in. to 3 in.)
(d) Valves, safety or relief, spring-loaded, screwed or flanged with bronze or stainless steel seats, 10 mm to 100 mm
(e) Fibre or teflon seats, screwed, sizes 12 mm to 51 mm (½ in. to 2 in.)
(f) Flanged bonnet top 19 mm to 77 mm (¾ in. to 3 in.) with bronze or stainless steel seats and a working pressure of up to 865 kPa (125 p.s.i.)
(g) Flanged regulating check angle or straight type 19 mm to 153 mm (¾ in. to 6 in.) with bronze or stainless steel seats and a working pressure up to 1725 kPa (250 p.s.i.)
