Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for determination of rates of duty by the Minister of Customs as follows:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 9 October 1980. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:
(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and
(b) The landed cost and selling price, including c.d.v., and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty, etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.

Minimum and Trigger Prices for Export Meat (Ag. 4/52/3/1)

Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Meat Export Prices Act 1976, notice is hereby given that the Meat Export Prices Committee has determined that the minimum and trigger prices for the bench mark grades of meat intended for export for the 1980-81 season, commencing 1 October 1980, shall be as follows:
