Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be classified as that of a reserve for scenic purposes.

Appointment of the Hobson County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Hobson County Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for a community centre).

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Lower Hutt City Council on the 28th day of July 1980. “In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes, within the meaning of the said Act”.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (plantation), and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Porirua City Council in trust for that purpose.
