A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Dunedin City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of September 1980.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the proclamation declaring land taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, dated the 14th day of September 1979, and published in Gazette of 27 September 1979, No. 90, at page 2801, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
