CANCELLATION OF NOTICE

NOTICE No. 103, published in the Gazette of 28 August 1980, p. 2551, advising of a middle line Proclamation is hereby cancelled and substituted by the following Proclamation:

Defining the Middle Line of a Further Portion of the Oaonui-Auckland Pipeline (Huntly-Waikato River Section) in Raglan County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 70A of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Oaonui-Auckland Pipeline shall be that set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area hatched black on the plans marked 0/148/24/3014/101 to 0/148/24/3014/107 (inclusive) referred to in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

COMMENCING at a point on the northern side of the Roto-waro-Huntly road and approximately 300 metres from the western Boundary of part Section 46, Block X, Rangiriri Survey District, and thence proceeding northerly, generally, for a distance of 36.9 kilometres, passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, namely part Section 46, Block X, Rangiriri Survey District (certificate of title 18D/586), Lot 1, D.P.
