Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added to an Adjoining Metal Reserve in Blocks II and V, Weber Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948 the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the metal reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 33.1 perches (837 square metres), situated in Block II, Weber Survey District, adjoining or passing through Section 7; as shown on plan S.O. 5483, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon coloured green.

THIRD SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Metal Reserve
ALL that piece of land containing 11 acres, situated in Block II, Weber Survey District, being Section 7; being part of the land in a notice dated the 24th day of October 1887, and published in Gazette, 3 November 1887, No. 71 at page 1394.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council.
