Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XV, Pakiri Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land thirdly, fourthly, and fifthly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and shall vest in the Rodney County Council, from and after the 11th day of September 1980.
