A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, and shall vest in the Rodney County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1980.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3.5400 hectares, situated in Block II, Pakiri Survey District, and being part of Allotment N. 43, Arai Parish; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27968 (S.O. 48719), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon marked “B”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Manukau City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1980.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 41 square metres, situated in the City of Manukau, and being part Lot 1, D.P. 54157; as shown on plan S.O. 52762, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “B”.
