IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 1978, No. 84, p. 2709, for the words

“Kirinai Hohaia ..... Taitokerau District Maori Council”

read

“Kiriwai Hohaia ..... Taitokerau District Maori Council”

which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the former Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM
Apportioning Representation on the Hauraki Catchment Board

IN the Order in Council dated the 21st day of July 1980, and published in the New Zealand Gazette 31 July 1980, No. 89, p. 2253, apportioning representation on the Hauraki Catchment Board, delete from line 2 of the Schedule the words “10 elective members” and substitute the words “11 elective members”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 70A of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of part of the Oaonui–Auckland Pipeline (Waikato River to Papakura Section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area hatched black on the plans marked 0/148/24/3014/112 (inclusive), referred to in the said Schedule.
