Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XII,
Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 29th day of February 1912, to be road and to be vested in the Tauranga County Council.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.7060 hectares, situated in Block XII, Aongatete Survey District, being part Whakamarama 1C Block (roadway); as shown on plan M.L. 21140, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1980.

Declaring an Area of Land in the Whangarei Accimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a Wildlife Refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the day on which this Proclamation is notified in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI COUNTY
An area of land of 133.4950 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 86581, situated in Block VIII, Hukerenui, and Block IV, Opuawhanga Survey Districts. All certificate of title 44B/178. As the same is more particularly shown on a plan marked IA WIL 34/28/10, deposited in Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged in red.
Given under the hand of the Governor-General, issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this first day of February 1980.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area of Land in the Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on 14 January 1960*, declaring an area of land in the Waitaki Valley (formerly Waimate) Acclimatisation District, described in the Schedule hereto, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of Lot 70, D.P. 1885, in Block IV, Elephant Hill Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly along the north-western side of the Deep Creek-Kurow Main Highway 120; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that highway and Serpentine Valley Road to the angle on that roadside fronting part Lot 99, D.P. 1889; thence along a bearing of 56° 50' to the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 70, D.P. 1885; thence south-easterly generally along the generally north-eastern boundaries of that lot to the point of commencement.
