Amending a Declaration Declaring a Leasehold Estate in
Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 30th day of July 1979, and published
in Gazette, 16 August 1979, No. 76, page 2429, declaring a
leasehold estate in land taken for better utilisation in the City
of Napier by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the
following Schedule:
