At a special meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Balclutha on the 12th day of December 1979, the following resolution was duly passed, as a special resolution:
That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Martin Springford of Balclutha, accountant, be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

Notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 12th day of December 1979, passed an extraordinary resolution resolving:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That the Official Assignee be, and is hereby appointed as the provisional liquidator of the company.
