NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the company duly convened and held on the 18th day of December 1979, the following special resolution was duly passed:

1. That the resolution of the company to wind up the company voluntarily, dated the 19th November 1979, be rescinded and withdrawn and be of no further effect owing to errors therein.
2. That the company now be wound up voluntarily.
3. That Graeme Baxter O’Neill of Carman & O’Neill, Chartered Accountants, 9 Water Street, Whangarei, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
4. That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be at New Zealand Society of Accountants’ scale rates.
