National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 12 December 1979 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) from its junction SH12 at Ohaeawai to its junction with SH10 at Pakaraka, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA11/8/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 12 December 1979 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) from its junction with Old Valley Road, Okaihau, to its junction with SH12 at Ohaeawai as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan LA11/6/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 12 December 1979 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) from the southern boundary of the Borough of Ashburton to its junction with William Street, Hinds, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA64/27/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Timaru, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Referring to State Highway No. 1, Whangarei to Oakleigh section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA11/14/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 12 December 1979 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 24 August 1978* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on its eastern side across the whole of the frontage of part Lot 2, D.P. 50607 (certificate of title 7B/1495).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Referring to State Highway No. 3, Waitotara to Marahau Road section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan M.O.W. 17965 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 12 December 1979 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 18 August 1972* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for one half of its width on the southern side for the entire frontage of part Lot 2, D.P. 8632, and of Lot 1, D.P. 19537 (certificates of title D4/898 and 754/91 resp.).
