Transfer of Unformed Road in Block VIA, Whitianga Survey District
Pursuant to section 323 Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Thames-Coromandel District Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Ihaka Maihi Whaanga.

Exemption of Certain Motor Cycles from the Requirements to be Fitted with Direction Indicated Lamps
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 90 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts vehicles of the type specified in the Schedule hereto from the requirements of regulation 63 of the said regulations.
This notice shall not apply to the same model motor cycle fitted with a battery as standard equipment.

Declaration of Vehicle with Motor Cycle Controls to be a Motor Cycle
Pursuant to section 2 of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto, having motor cycle controls, is a motor cycle for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
The three-wheel vehicle with motor cycle controls known as the Bajaj Three Wheeler and manufactured in India by Bajaj Auto Ltd. of Poona.

Reflectorised Materials for Use on Traffic Signs and Delineators
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 130 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, as set out in the Schedule below, the type of reflective materials to be used for reflectorised traffic signals and delineators.
The notice, dated the 1st day of June 1978†, issued pursuant to regulation 130 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, which relates to the manner of delineating or marking out Class I and Class J traffic signs, is hereby revoked.

The Marine Pollution (Approval of Dispersants) Notice 1979
Pursuant to regulation 4 of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975, I, Hubert David Maurice Jones, Director of the Marine Division of the Ministry of Transport, hereby give the following notice.
NOTICE
The dispersant known as Corexit 9600 and marketed in New Zealand by Exxon Chemical New Zealand Ltd., Auckland, is hereby approved for the purposes of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975.
