PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council directing the sale of land in the City of Wellington dated the 3rd day of September 1979 and published in Gazette, 21 September 1979, No. 89, at page 2746, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the undivided one-half share in the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the leasehold estate created by lease 439371/1 in Flat 1 and Carport 1, delineated on the diagram on certificate of title 6A/1391, subject to fencing provision contained in transfer 393956 and subject to lease 439371/2, the interests in the land being no longer required for the purpose for which they were acquired.

Vesting of Reclaimed Land in the Rodney County Council, Orewa River

At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of December 1979

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Rodney County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 7 August 1972*, such land to be vested as a public domain.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of reclaimed land in Orewa River situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, containing 5800 square metres, as shown on plan M.D. 15979 (S.O. 53766), and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this order.
