The Community Centres (Clutha Valley Community Centre District) Levies Notice (No. 2) 1979

PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Community Centres (Clutha Valley Community Centre District) Levies Notice (No. 2) 1979.

  2. Within the area of the Clutha Valley Community Centre, the Bruce County Council and the Clutha County Council are hereby authorised to levy a uniform annual fee, not exceeding $12, to be paid by the occupier of each dwelling unit within the community centre district.

  3. The Community Centres (Clutha Valley Community Centre District) Levies Notice 1979 is hereby revoked.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 7) 1979

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 7) 1979.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of January 1980.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
