THE RIGHT HON. B. E. TALBOYS PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. This order may be cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District Order 1959, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the order constituting the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District made on the 17th day of June 1959* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

2. The principal order is hereinafter cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District Order 1959.

3. The Schedule to the principal order is hereby amended by including the part of the Schedule described hereto.

SCHEDULE

ADDITIONAL AREAS SUPPLEMENTARY TO THE PRINCIPAL ORDER—
NELSON CONSERVANCY—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

Moutere Hills Rural Fire District

ALL that area of land bounded on the west by the western boundaries of section 14 and Lot 2, D.P. 1759, Block VI, Wai-iti Survey District, on the north by the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1759, Block VI, Wai-iti Survey District, on the east by the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1759, the north-western boundary of section 10 and the western boundary of section 15, Block VI, Wai-iti Survey District, on the south by the southern boundary of section 14, Block VI, Wai-iti Survey District.

As shown on plan S.19/66, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

2. The principal order is hereinafter cited as the Golden Downs Rural Fire District Order 1948.

3. The Schedule to the principal order is hereby amended by deleting the part of the Schedule described hereto.

NELSON CONSERVANCY—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

SCHEDULE to be deleted from the principal order:
