National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 17 October 1979 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 8, Washdyke to Pleasant Point section, for a length of 35 metres on the northern side commencing at the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 41998 (certificate of title 19F/1445), and extending westwards across the frontage of the said Lot 1 and of part Lot 2, D.P. 41998 (certificate of title 19F/1446), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 64/90/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Timaru, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

(certificate of title 17D/728), and extending eastwards across the frontage of the said Section 10 and also Section 11 (certificate of title 17D/729), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 43/102/5 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
