Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Rotorua District Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall vest in the Rotorua District Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

South Auckland Land District—Rotorua District 220 square metres, more or less, being Lot 28, L.T.S. 25764, being part Owhatiura South No. 3 Block, situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1959, page 1659.

1979 Hop Levy Set (No. 2246, Ag. 12/13/9)

Pursuant to regulation 16A of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes at 2.5 cents per kilogram the rate of annual levy to be paid by hop growers to the Hop Marketing Committee on hops produced during the year ending on the 31st day of July 1979.
