Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Clubs—Manawatu Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee, on 14 September 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Woodville Club Inc.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Southland Licensing Committee, on 14 September 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Southland Officers Club Inc., Invercargill.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Ashburton Licensing Trust applied for orders which were granted at the Magistrate’s Court at Ashburton, on 21 August 1979, which authorised variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Somerset Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
(d) On any further public holiday (whether local or national) falling on a Saturday, and also on the Saturdays of Queen’s Birthday Weekend, Labour Weekend and Easter Weekend—The hour of opening to be 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 17 September 1979, revoked Part B and C of an order made on the 16 February 1977 varying the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Western Park Tavern, Wellington.
