Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Mataura Licensing Trust

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Mataura Licensing Trust, on 2 August 1979, authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Olde Trafford Inne, Mataura.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 12 noon and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 12 September 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as The Pub.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being New Year’s Eve or Christmas Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Mataura Licensing Trust, on 2 August 1979, authorised variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, for the licensed premises known as the Central Tavern, Gore.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 9 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

The above hours to operate only during the year when official daylight saving is not in operation.

During official daylight saving the hours will be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 September 1979, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Paraparaumu to Paekakariki section, for half its width on the southern side commencing 113 metres east of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 47726, and extending westward for 12 metres across the frontage of part Lot 3, D.P. 4269 (certificate of title 18D/457), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 52/5/7 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 September 1979, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Hamilton to Cambridge section, for a width of 13 metres on the western side across the frontages of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 23988 (certificate of title 24B/1476 and certificate of title 24B/1477 respectively), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 22/7/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 September 1979, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 45 (Ketemarae Road to Hawera section), for a width of 13 metres on the southern side commencing 20 metres west of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 12916 (certificate of title E4/181), and extending westward for 40 metres across the frontage of the said Lot 1, and of Lot 1, D.P. 3770 (certificate of title E4/182), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA 42/94/1 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
