PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council, from and
after the 4th day of October 1979.

Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed,
vest in Fitzroy Nominees Limited, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Wellington, and Moana
Meats (Holdings) Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Wanganui, as tenants in common
