Land Taken for Road in Block IX, Maungataniwha Survey District, Hokitika County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1979.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 3161 square metres, being Section 6, Block IX, Maungataniwha Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 496, folio 57; as shown on plan S.O. 52900, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “B”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1979.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1979.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 30 square metres, more or less, being part Section 761, Town of Carnarvon, situated in Block XIV, Te Kawa Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 31873, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked “A”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1979.

Extending The Time Within Which The Commission of Inquiry Into Wage Relativities on New Zealand Vessels May Report

To all unto whom these presents shall come, and to: George Oliver Whatnall, of Ohope, former President of the Industrial Commission; Norris Arthur Collins, of Packakariki, retired General Secretary of the National Union of Railwaymen; and Geoffrey Anthony Poynder Lightband, of Lower Hutt, retired Operations Manager for BP New Zealand Limited:

GREETING:

Whereas, by Order in Council made on the 4th day of April 1979*, you, the said George Oliver Whatnall, Norris Arthur Collins, and Geoffrey Anthony Poynder Lightband, were appointed to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon wage relativities on New Zealand vessels:

And whereas by the said Order in Council you were required to submit your report not later than the 5th day of October 1979:

And whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting should be extended as hereinafter provided:
