AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take the estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto
for a certain public work, namely a transport station, as
defined in section 177, Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
The general purpose for which the land to be taken is to
be used is a bus depot and terminal.
A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited
in the public office of the City Valuer's Department of the
Auckland City Council, and is there open for inspection.
Every person directly affected is called upon to set forth in
writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of
the said land, not being an objection to the amount or
payment of compensation, and to send the written objection
within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the
Planning Tribunal, care of Tribunals Division, Department of
Justice, Private Bag, Wellington.
If any objection is made in accordance with section 22,
Public Works Act 1928, a public hearing of the objection
will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each
objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
The estate of leasehold created by renewable lease under the
Land Act 1948, No. RLC16, entered in the register book of
the District Land Registrar at Auckland under certificate of
title, No. 8B/431, in respect of that piece of land containing
eleven decimal four perches (11.4 p.), more or less, being
Allotment 30 of Section 22, City of Auckland, and being
situated at and known as 120-122 Hobson Street, Auckland.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Public notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the
construction of a public road for which purpose the land
described in the Schedules hereto requires to be taken by the
council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies
open to public inspection at the office of the council in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set
forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the
execution of such work or to the taking of such land not
being an objection to the amount or payment of compen-
sation and to send such written objection to the Town and
Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days
from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of
the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise
requires and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Local
Government Act 1974 and its amendments:
Notice is hereby given that the Manukau City Council
requires and intends under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts to take in the manner provided by the Public
Works Act 1928 for road the piece of land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the general purpose
of road widening at Wiri Station Road Manukau City.
And notice is further given that a plan showing the
piece of land so required to be taken is deposited at the
public office of the said council at the Council Administration
Building, Manukau City Centre, and is there open for
inspection without fee by all persons during the ordinary
office hours.
And notice is further given that every person directly affected
by the taking of the said land is hereby called upon to set
forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the
taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation, and to send this written objec-
tion within 40 days from the first publication of this notice
to the Planning Tribunal, 175 The Terrace, Wellington.
