Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Featherston County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the appointment of the Wairarapa Lake Domain Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Featherston County Council to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Naming of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Kaka Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on the 16th day of July 1979: "That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act".

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Central Bay of Plenty Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Central Bay of Plenty Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (site for Rabbit Board buildings), described in the Schedule hereto.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Pukerangiora Hapu of the Atiawa Tribe.
