Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on the 30th day of November 1978: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
