The King Country Electric Power Board, Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1968—Amendment No. 3

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the King Country Electric Power Board, Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1968*, as amended, by adding to the First Schedule thereto the following paragraph:

“4. Lines and works for the transmission and supply of electrical energy within the area formerly the licensed area of the Ohakune Borough Council as defined in an Order in Council dated 8 August 1955 and published in the Gazette on the 18th day of the same month at p. 1298.”

The St. Hilda’s Collegiate School Board of Governors Notice 1979

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

N O T I C E

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the St. Hilda’s Collegiate School Board of Governors Notice 1979.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of September 1979.

  2. The Board of Governors of St. Hilda’s Collegiate School shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district in which the school is situated;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the Proprietor of the school.
