Land Proclaimed as Road in Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District, Eltham County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Eltham County Council.

Road Closed in Blocks VII and VIII, Mount Hyde Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Land Taken and Vested, and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks III and VII, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Dannevirke County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when so closed and the land firstly described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Grahame Clifton Williams, of Te Uri, farmer, as to a two-fifth share, and Lila Rosaleen Williams, his wife, as to a three-fifth share, as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgages 248778, 302979.6, and 305910.1, Hawke’s Bay Registry, and also hereby declares that the road secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when so closed and the land secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Adrian George Waterworth, of Te Uri, farmer, and Oriel Tua Waterworth, of Te Uri, married woman, subject to mortgages 128243 and 351470, Hawke’s Bay Registry.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Huntly Borough Council, from and after the 9th day of August 1979.
