Declaring Road in Manukau City to be a Government Road and Stopped and Set Apart for an Aerodrome

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government Road, and

(b) Stops the said road,

and further, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be set apart for an aerodrome, from and after the 9th day of August 1979.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of road containing 3792 square metres, situated in the City of Manukau, adjoining or passing through Allotments 470 and 493, Manurewa Parish, and part Lot 1, D.P. 38518; as shown on plan S.O. 53644, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked "A".

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 9th day of August 1979.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Whakatane District Council.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken in Block III, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Taupo County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest as to the areas of 814 square metres and 2946 square metres thereof in Mervyn Johnstone of Mangakino, farmer, as to a two thirds share and Ruth Margaret Johnstone, his wife, as to a one third share, subject to statutory land charge S. 376737, and memoranda of mortgage S. 400777, H. 036768.1, H. 076339, and H. 165400.2, South Auckland Land Registry; and declares that the closed road areas of 820 square metres, 364 square metres, 4758 square metres, and 3213 square metres, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
