Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 14 (No. 2079, Ag. 80002)

PURSUANT to the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 14.

2. This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September 1977.

3. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975 (as substituted by the Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 13) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

4. The Milk Producer and Other Prices Notice 1975, Amendment No. 13, is hereby consequently revoked.

PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1955, I, James Kenneth McLay, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice No. 1, 1979.

2. The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation for the purposes of the Marriage Act 1955.

Notice Changing Name of Rotorua Community College to Waiariki Community College

PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Rotorua Community College change of name to Waiariki Community College notice.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1979.

2. The name of the Rotorua Community College constituted by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, on 22 September 1977, is hereby varied to Waiariki Community College.

The Local Government (Allowances for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Borough of Kapiti) Notice 1979

PURSUANT to section 214 of the Local Government Act 1974 (as enacted by section 2 of the Local Government Amendment Act (No. 3) 1977), the Minister of Local Government, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Local Government (Allowances for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Borough of Kapiti) Notice 1979.

2. Commencement and expiry—(1) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

(2) This notice shall continue in force until the close of the 11th day of October 1980 and shall then expire.

3. Annual allowance to Mayor and Deputy Mayor—Notwithstanding the provisions of clauses 3 (1) and 4 of the Local Government (Remuneration and Allowances) Notice 1978*, the annual allowances payable by the Kapiti Borough Council to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of that Borough may—

(a) In the case of the Mayor, be at a rate not exceeding $4,000 a year; and

(b) In the case of the Deputy Mayor, be at a rate not exceeding $3,315 a year.

4. Saving—Except as provided in clause 3 of this notice nothing in this notice shall affect the application of the Local Government (Remuneration and Allowances) Notice 1978.
