Land Proclaimed as Road in Block V, Linkwater Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Marlborough.

SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4920 square metres, situated in Block V, Linkwater Survey District, being Part Sounds Foreshore Reserve, as shown on plan S.O. 5496, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim, and thereon marked “A”.

Road Closed and Vested and Land Allocated and Vested in Block VIII, Uawa Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby allocates the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road firstly described in the said First Schedule shall, when so closed, be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, and also hereby declares that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said First Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so allocated, shall vest in John Busby Jefferd, of Tokomaru Bay, farmer, and Andrew Charles Reeves Jefferd, of Christchurch, student, subject to mortgages 118608.1, 121418.3, and 121418.5, Gisborne Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, Road Closed and Vested, Land Taken and Vested and Land Resumed and Vested in Block IX, Atiamuri Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Taupo County Council,

and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest as to the area of 5187 square metres thereof, in David John Martin, of Atiamuri, farmer, and Jillian Martin, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H.186125.4 and H.186125.5, South Auckland Land Registry; as to the area of 3068 square metres thereof shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; as to the areas of 1021 square metres, 2092 square metres, 396 square metres, 981 square metres, and 158 square metres thereof, in Lloyd Wayne Chamberlin, of Te Mata, farmer, and Andrea Beverley Chamberlin, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H.162370.3, H.162370.4 and H.162370.5, South Auckland Land Registry, and as to the areas of 1699 square metres and 1024 square metres thereof, in Leonard Etheredge Allan, of Tirohanga, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage S.532172 and H.050102 and Statutory Land Charge H.089241, South Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the said land shall when so taken, vest as to the areas of 2597 square metres and 3596 square metres in the Taupo County Council; as to the area of 3358 square metres thereof shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and as to the area of 197 square metres thereof, in the said Leonard Etheredge Allan, subject to memoranda of mortgage S.532172 and H.050102 and Statutory Land Charge H.089241, South Auckland Land Registry; and also hereby resumes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the said land shall when so resumed vest in the said Lloyd Wayne Chamberlin and Andrea Beverley Chamberlin subject to memoranda of mortgage H.162370.3, H.162370.4 and H.162370.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
