PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 1st day of February 1979.

Declaring an Easement in Gross Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a water drainage easement in gross is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the rights attaching to water drainage easements set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the use, convenience or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, from and after the 1st day of February 1979.
