EX PARTE—THE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 11th day of May 1979, presented to the said Court by the DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch, on Wednesday the 8th day of August 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

OTAMATEA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
MAUNGATUROTO SEWERAGE LOAN 1978 $302,000
The following resolution was passed at a meeting of the Otamatea County Council held on the 12th day of July 1979.
“That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $302,000 authorised to be raised by the Otamatea County Council under the Local Authority Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of providing sewage treatment and disposal facilities for the Maungaturoto Sewerage Scheme; the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes a special rate of 2.732 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value, based on the land value of all rateable property in the Maungaturoto Urban Drainage Area; and that the special rate shall be an annual—recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

KAIWAKA SEWERAGE LOAN 1978 $110,000
The following resolution was passed at a meeting of the Otamatea County Council held on the 12th day of July 1979.
“That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $110,000 authorised to be raised by the Otamatea County Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of providing sewage treatment and disposal facilities for the Kaiwaka Sewerage Scheme, and the said Otamatea County Council hereby makes a special rate of 3.267 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value, based on the land value of all rateable property in the Kaiwaka Urban Drainage Area; and that the special rate shall be an annual—recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, to take for public road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for road pursuant to the provisions of section 319 of the Local Government Amendment Act 1973.
All persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days from the 18th day of July 1979, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
