Decision of the Indecent Publications Tribunal
IN the matter of the Indecent Publications Act 1963, and in the matter of an application by the Comptroller of Customs for a decision in respect of the following publications:

- 3 Hole Girl published by Stag Books, California.
- High-Rise Apartment Swinger publisher anonymous.
- Hot For Her Panties publisher anonymous.
- Kinky Girls: Their Way-Out Sex Needs published by Star Distributors Ltd., New York.
- Horney Housewife published by Copenhagen Classics, Australia.
- Mom’s Persuasions published by Copenhagen Classics, Australia.
- Irene’s Mother published by Copenhagen Classics, Australia.

Decision
These nine publications were privately imported and seized by Customs.
Each of them deals in explicit and repetitious detail with a variety of sexual episodes.
Each is entirely without literary or other merit. There is no hesitation in finding each of these books indecent.
