Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Waikato Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee, on 29 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Whitianga Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve (not being a Saturday)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday (including Christmas Eve but not including New Year's Eve)—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee, on 29 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Ohinemuri Club Incorporated.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 12 midday and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee, on 29 June 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Huntly and District Workingmen’s Club Incorporated.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) Subject to the sale of liquor between the hours of 10 o'clock in the evening and 11 o'clock in the evening being restricted to sale for consumption on the club premises.
