Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Whangarei County Council and Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of control of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage the said reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Consent of Minister of Customs to Importation of Sugar Under Customs Import Prohibition (Sugar) Order 1978

PURSUANT to clause 2 of the Customs Import Prohibition (Sugar) Order 1978*, the Minister of Customs hereby consents to the importation of sugar in any of its recognised commercial forms derived from sugar cane or sugar beet, including edible and fancy molasses, syrups, and any other form of liquid sugar used for human consumption, when such sugar is—

Shipped to New Zealand prior to 1 October 1979, provided that such sugar is imported into New Zealand by 12 November 1979.

This consent shall take effect on the 1st day of July 1979.
